Deliver the Google Mail (Gmail) suite to the campus effectively cutting over from the Microsoft Exchange service by the end of summer, 2021.

Pilot Test - Feb 2021

Decision point - should all new staff/faculty/students from this point on be in new environment?
Identify success criteria of pilot

Roll Out - May - Aug 2021

Publish finalized self-help documentation
Setup service desk with necessary equipment to transition users
Establish schedule of transitions
