Request Live Remote Computer Troubleshooting Support via Zoom

If you are a student needing assistance in understanding how to use campus technology resources, request a personal orientation session. The session will cover getting your device ready to work on the network, accessing Puget Sound systems, computer troubleshooting and address your tech questions via Zoom. New or returning students can now request technology support by emailing Type Requesting a Zoom Session in the email subject title. Please provide your availability during normal service hours Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Please note that personal sessions will not be held starting August 31st - Wednesday, September 9th as this time will be available for providing first of semester support. Email with support request.
