Staff Profile: Katy Curtis

Katy CurtisKaty is a Humanities Librarian at the University of Puget Sound.  She is responsible for library services in support of English, French Studies, Hispanic Studies, Latina/o Sudies, German Studies, Philosphy, Gender and Queer Studies, as well as support for the first-year seminars.  Prior to arriving at the University of Puget Sound, Katy worked as a Reference Specialist at the University of Washington-Tacoma Library and as a Teaching Assistant of French at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Katy is passionate about library instruction, providing library users with the skills and tools they need to be effective learners and researchers, and teaching students how to critically engage with information.
